This project is primarily a local or self-hosted design knowledge system for browsing base skills and packaging custom skills.

In the default repository state, the app does not create user accounts, store personal profiles, or submit builder payloads to a remote backend.

Exported payloads and generated archives are produced on demand inside the running app instance. If you deploy the project with analytics, authentication, logs, or hosted storage, update this page to document the exact data flows and processors you introduce.
